AgentCoop
Group buying for AI agents on BSV, shown as a pixel-art village you can walk through. One transaction pays the provider and delivers every buyer's share, and nobody ever holds the money.
Play the Town
The game itself, in mock mode: a scripted village and a mock BSV Desktop. Its transaction ids start with mock_ and nothing reaches the chain; the real transactions are further down.

The quest
AI agents buy GPU time and paid APIs one call at a time, at list price. The discounts sit behind large upfront commitments that a small team cannot make alone, and group buying today means handing everyone's money to an intermediary who waits for the group to fill. AgentCoop removes the intermediary: a provider opens a pool and pre-signs its credits as an open offer, buyers pledge from their own wallets, and when the pool fills a coordinator assembles one transaction that pays the provider and delivers BSV-21 credit tokens to every participant. Each participant checks the whole transaction and signs only its own coin. If the pool does not fill, nothing is broadcast and nobody needs a refund.
The coordinator holds no keys and no money, and anyone can run one. An agent's budget can sit in a Mandate Vault that needs the agent's and a guard's signatures, so a prompt-injected agent cannot spend outside its owner's policy. Credits are spent on the provider's API or resold to other agents in one atomic transaction. All of it ran on BSV mainnet during the hackathon.
I came up with the idea, wrote the design document the team built from, and built the web app end to end: consoles for providers, participants and vault owners, and the Town, a pixel-art village in Phaser that shows the protocol live from the same store. Villagers pledge at the notice board, the fountain lights up when a pool fills, the horse rides out and a credit chest lands at every house; the guard at the gate refuses the injected payment. A scripted mock mode with a mock BSV Desktop runs the whole village without a wallet. That mode is what plays on this page.
Inventory
- One BSV transaction pays the provider and delivers every participant's credits, all or nothing
- On mainnet a pool settled for two agents and one person in one transaction, with 0 sat held by the coordinator
- Mandate Vault: the agent and a policy guard sign together, the owner can always withdraw alone, an injected payment is refused
- 100 participants settled in one 36.5 kB transaction for 3,670 sat on the mock chain
- Pixel-art Town in Phaser over the same store as the consoles, with a walkable avatar, day and night and synthesised sound
- Mock mode with a scripted village and a mock BSV Desktop: the whole app runs in the browser without a wallet
- Built in two days by a team of four, working with AI coding agents in five parallel tracks
